The finalists in this pageant are the winning contestants in the state pageants. They prepared themselves in all aspects to become the winners. They are the ones that showed the most will and desire to move forward in life.

On April 30, 2018 Miss Ramirez from Illinois and Jalisco native was crowned as the first Jalisciense Queen in the Srta. Mexico USA beauty pageant. Miss Ramirez is a great example of the Mexican woman, she's intelligent, beautiful, and mainly very prepared to achieve each and every one of her goals.

El día 30 de Abril 2018, Miss Ramírez representante del estado de Illinois y originaria de Jalisco, México, se coronó como la primer Reina Jalisciense en el certamen Señorita México USA. Miss Ramírez, un claro ejemplo de la mujer Mexicana, inteligente, bella, pero sobretodo preparada para lograr todas y cada una de sus metas.
